Extended School Program (ESP)
The Extended School Program (ESP) offers morning care beginning at 7:00 A.M. and aftercare from dismissal to 6:00 P.M. for grades Pre-K - 8. The care includes quiet time for play, reading, and help with schoolwork. In addition, snacks, movies, and extended playtime are part of afternoon care. The ESP is open to currently enrolled students at St. Pius X. It is staffed by teachers and other qualified individuals approved by the State of Maryland Department of Human Resources Child Care Administration.
Tuition is calculated per diem for the entire school year but is collected in nine equal monthly payments from August to April. There is no May payment.
Spaces in the program are limited with priority given to:
1) students currently in the program
2) siblings of students currently participating in the program
3) currently enrolled students
