Application Information



Applications for new student admissions will be available after 5:00pm on Sunday, January 31, 2021 and are to be completed online at

During the online application process you will be asked to provide or complete the following:

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate

  2. Copy of Baptismal Certificate if child is Catholic

  3. Pastoral Recommendation is required for all Catholic applicants.

  4. Copy of report cards or progress reports for current year and previous two years

  5. Results of latest standardized testing and previous two years (typically given in grades 2 through 7)

  6. Immunization Certificate, Health Evaluation/Assessment and Policy Acknowledgment 

  7. $225.00 Non Refundable Admissions Application Fee

  8. New applicant basic skills test (for 1st  through 8thgrades)

  9. Parent child interview with administrator (for families new to St. Pius X Regional School)

  10. If accepted, complete enrollment process with $400 Commitment Fee within 2 weeks of receiving acceptance letter.  The Commitment Fee will be credited to your tuition agreement and applied equally to the ten scheduled payments. Tuition Agreements will be emailed to you in May.  You must complete that Agreement within 1 week.


Age requirement for PreK3 is age 3 by September 1, 2021 {Born by 9/01/2018}

Age requirement for PreK4 is age 4 by September 1, 2021 {Born by 9/01/2017}

Age requirement for Kindergarten is age 5 by September 1, 2021 {Born by 9/0l/2016}

Parent child interviews with our principal are also required before new students are admitted to our school.

We will contact you to set up a ZOOM interview once students have returned/uploaded all required documents.Interviews will be on Thursday, February 11th from 9:00am to 12:15pm and 3:30pm to 4:45pm, Tuesday, February 16th from 3:30pm to 4:45pm, Thursday, February 18th and Wednesday, February 24th from 9:00am to 12:15pm and 3:30pm to 4:45pm.
