Tuition Management Systems
St. Pius X Regional School contracts with Tuition Management Systems, Inc. (TMS) for the collection of tuition fees. In employing TMS, we are able to offer two different payment plans and several payment vehicles to our St. Pius X School families. All families are required to enroll in the TMS system regardless of their tuition payment plan choices.
Enrollment with TMS is free and there is a choice between a one-time payment of tuition due in full July 10 or a ten-month plan with payments due the 10th of each month starting with July 10. Payments may be made by check, money order, electronic check over the phone or online for a small fee, credit card or direct debit from a checking or savings account. For the ten-month plan, you will receive a bill each month from TMS unless you choose to have your payments directly debited from a checking or savings account.
Re-enrollment is automatic each year and payment vehicles may be changed at any time. Contact TMS or St. Pius X Regional School to make any plan changes.
Late payments and delinquent accounts are managed by TMS. Late fees are assessed for late payments, which must be paid directly to TMS. Families who anticipate financial difficulty with respect to their St. Pius X Regional School TMS account should contact the St. Pius X Regional School Principle as soon as possible to avoid accumulation of late fees.
Optional life insurance is also available to cover the tuition balance to ensure continued payment.
