OPEN HOUSES with TOURS
St. Pius X Regional School will also have four Open Houses with tours at all three locations while school is in session from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on the following dates:
- Wednesday, February 1
- Wednesday, February 8
- Wednesday, February 15
- Wednesday, February 29
Appointments are required for these Open Houses. We ask that you please not bring children with you as classes are in session during these Open Houses. In the event of a delayed opening or school cancellation on the above dates, we will need to reschedule.
Main Campus – Pre-K and Grades 1 though 8 – 14710 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD
Kindergarten at Ascension Church – 12700 Lanham Severn Road, Bowie, MD
Kindergarten at Sacred Heart Campus – 16501 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD

APPLICATION INFORMATION 2012 – 2013
Applications will be available starting on January 29, 2012 at the Explore Our School Day Open House. Contact Therese Hungate, Registrar, at 301-262-0203 ext. 11 or thungate@stpiusbowie.org, if you have any questions regarding the registration process.
You must submit the following in order to be considered for admission to St. Pius X Regional School:
- Application
- Birth Certificate AND Baptismal Certificate if child is Catholic
- Report cards or progress reports for current year and previous two years
- Results of latest standardized testing & previous two years (typically given in grades 2 through 7)
- Preschool recommendation form (kindergarten applicants only if your child attended a preschool)
- Immunization Certificate, Health Evaluation/Assessment and Policy Acknowledgment
- Pastoral Recommendation
- $150.00 application fee

Applications must be returned complete with all supporting documents.
Age requirement for Pre-Kindergarten is age 4 by September 1, 2012
Age requirement for kindergarten is age 5 by September 1, 2012
PRIORITY APPLICATION PERIOD
JANUARY 30 through FEBRUARY 16, 2012
Completed applications for all new students entering grades Pre-K – 8 will be accepted by the Registrar at the main school campus from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Applications will continue to be accepted after February 16; however, they will be included in the second round of applications.
